The bargain store impressed drivers when it showcased one of its car accessories in a viral video
B&M shoppers are convinced they ‘need’ a £12 car accessory after seeing it in action. The discount retailer has impressed drivers after sharing a video demonstration of a £12 Auto Clean Premium Drying Towel.
Posting on Instagram and Facebook, B&M praised the cleaning accessory for delivering a ‘quick, streak-free finish.’ The caption read: “Level up your shine. The most satisfying drying towel for your car,” and viewers loved what they saw. The Instagram post earned over 1,000 likes from impressed shoppers.
One fan replied: “Wow.” A second viewer wrote: “I NEED.” A third fan said: “Want,” and a fourth commented: “That’s brilliant.” Someone else added: “Need this for my new car.” A different reply said: “No way! That’s mega.”
More praise read: “Need- getting,” and a fan echoed: “Looks amazing that! Wow!” The reaction was just as positive on Facebook, where the same post earned over 200,000 views and 300 likes.
Someone tagged a social media user, writing: “Save you a few hours!” A keen shopper wrote: “Christmas present for Dad?” A similar reply said: “Need to get one for John for Christmas.” A car owner added: “I have a different brand and it’s amazing.”

Sharing ‘the best car cleaning tips’ in a blog, the Halfords team said: “While summer gives you ample opportunity for car washing, it’s still important to pick your moment to apply certain products.
“High temperatures and blazing sunshine will make your car hot to the touch, and washing with formulas or adding wax in these conditions could end up damaging your paintwork. It’s best to apply finishes on cooler days when there isn’t as much sunshine. Better still, apply finishes and leave them to dry inside a garage or away from heat and direct sunlight.”
