Instead of physically working your brain, you need to give yourself mental stimulation from things like puzzles that challenge you to think in different ways.

This could be locating an object in a picture, or finding the missing number in a complex sum. These puzzles boost your cognitive function, improve your problem-solving skills, and even help to keep degenerative diseases like dementia at bay.
If you’re looking for a brain-busting workout to try, then look no further. This puzzle from Reddit asks you to find the toad hiding among the autumn leaves in as little time as possible – and it’s not as easy as it sounds.

Take a look at the Reddit post above. You should be able to see a pile of fallen leaves and other dirt, with a small grate that is partially covered by the leaves.
But there’s one other thing somewhere in the image – a toad.
Your job is to find the small amphibian in as little time as possible. Do it in under 10 seconds and you could consider yourself a genius, as that’s the time to beat.
Don’t get yourself too caught up in the time limit, however. If you’re not used to solving these puzzles, it may take you longer than 10 seconds to find the toad. Take all the time you need – you’ll start to solve these picture-based puzzles faster the more that you try them.
Have you found it yet? Here’s a quick hint if you’re really struggling: the toad is located toward the right-hand side of the image, so you can discard everything on the left – including the grey grate with the hole in it.

Answer
The toad is on the right-hand side of the image, just above where a central line would be. If you find the clump of grass on the right and look just above it, you should be able to see the amphibian’s black and brown body.
You can also track it from the hole in the grate on the left, if you look at about 4 o’clock from the hole.
