One ‘spell’ is so straightforward to follow you can attempt it today – if you desire – however, there is one element of the spell where you do need to exercise caution but if you execute it properly this spell will provide you the ‘answers you seek’ according to WitchTok account ‘moonbeamrockshop’ and many others.
“Yes or no – all you need is a piece of paper, a pen, a candle”, the post explained, “to seek guidance from your spirit guides, beloved deities, or totems. Focus your energy on your burning yes or no question.”, reports the Mirror US.
The reason you need to exercise caution is due to the candle burning right down to the paper, but it’s the spilling wax that will ‘answer your question’. A US ‘witch’ named Maven, who is popular on TikTok, shared a simple ‘spell’ perfect for a ‘beginner witch’.
The video, which has amassed over 70k likes, details an easy ‘magic’ task to get a yes or no answer.
According to Maven, it’s a ‘super easy divination spell’ that can help you ‘find out the answer to any yes or no question’, or even a question with ‘four possible answers’. To start, divide a ‘note card evenly into the number of sections that correspond to the number of possible answers’.
The ‘spell’ video explains that to ‘keep it simple’, write a yes or no on two separate sides of paper. Then, ‘melt the bottom of the candle and stick it to your notecard’.
Maven took extra precautions and stuck the notecard before lighting the candle. Once it’s secure and in place, ‘light the candle and focus on your question’ or ‘speak it out loud’.
The ‘witch’ also included an incantation: “By moonlit night and shadows deep reveal the secrets silence keeps, spirits whisper, truth unfold, state your question, let it be told.”
Maven added: “Then you wait and let the candle burn all the way down, once it’s done, the side with the more wax is your answer.”
