His ashes were interred beneath the stage after his death in 2017
The spirit of TV legend Bruce Forsyth is allegedly haunting the London Palladium, with reports of his ghost echoing the famous catchphrase “nice to see you, to see you nice.” The cherished entertainer’s ashes were laid to rest beneath the stage of the celebrated theatre following his death in 2017.
A paranormal specialist now maintains she heard his spectral voice during a recent visit. Vocalist Brocarde, who previously claimed to have “wed” and subsequently divorced a ghost, said she sensed Brucie’s presence during an interview with Penn Jillette and Piff the Magic Dragon.
Brocarde disclosed that during her discussion with the pair, she became conscious of an unexpected third presence in the room. It wasn’t a spine-tingling apparition that alerted her, but rather a recognisable voice.
Brocarde recalled: “I was trying to keep my composure amidst the chaos of two unruly ‘magic dragons’, but I kept getting distracted by the words ‘nice to see you’. At first, I dismissed it. Then came the unmistakable second half – ‘to see you nice’ – followed by mischievous laughter. That’s when I knew: Sir Bruce Forsyth was in the room. I felt like he was watching over the interview.”
She added: “At one point, I even heard him mention a fire extinguisher, which was hilarious considering all the fire puns flying around during the chat. He definitely knew I was speaking with ‘magic dragons’.” Despite Brocarde’s assertions, neither Penn nor Piff detected anything unusual
The London Palladium is well-acquainted with supernatural tales, and Sir Bruce Forsyth’s spirit is believed to be a regular fixture at the venue, reports the Daily Star. Tales of flickering stage lights and mysteriously moved props are routine backstage, all attributed to Bruce’s famous humour persisting from beyond the grave.
Brocarde has just released her latest single, “Feed My Soul”, featuring Ray Luzier from Korn on drums, and is planning to release more music this Halloween. Brocarde first discovered her ability to perceive spirits after a paranormal encounter with a Victorian soldier named Edwardo.
Her supernatural odyssey even led to a Halloween 2023 ceremony – wedding a ghost – at the hauntingly beautiful Asylum Chapel in London. Since then she’s committed herself to exploring the world’s most haunted spots whilst conducting celebrity interviews for her platform, Brocarde – Rock Singer, Ghost Hunter and Horror Content Creator.
