Clamp Hill in Harrow Weald is set to reopen later this month after a long closure
Several road closures are set to disrupt residents of Harrow this month while major utility and other works are carried out, with one road in Hatch End to remain shut to motorists until January next year.
Clamp Hill in Harrow Weald will reopen on November 24 having been shut since late September whilst gas works took place. The Drive in Rayners Lane will reopen on November 5 having also been closed since last month due to planned gas works.
The Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) has found all of the ongoing and planned road closures that are happening in November, according to one.network. Whilst some closures will only take place overnight, others will see roads shut for weeks or even months at a time.
Major closures include that of the Scot Grove in Hatch End, which will remain closed for maintenance works by Thames Water until January 23, 2026. Roads in Belmont and North Harrow will close for four days at the start and end of the month respectively for electrical works.
Below is a breakdown of all the road closures both ongoing and planned that will be in force throughout November and beyond. Residents should look out for diversion routes to avoid facing substantial disruptions.

- York Avenue (Belmont): Road closed from November 3 to November 7 for electrical works
- Clamp Hill (Harrow Weald): Road closed from October 7 to November 24 for gas works
- Scot Grove (Hatch End): Road closed from November 17 to January 23 for water works
- Bolton Road (North Harrow): Road closed from November 17 to November 21 for electrical works
- Stroud Gate (Northolt): Road closed from November 3 to November 5 for water works
- The Drive (Rayners Lane): Road closed from October 21 to November 5 for gas works
- Farm Avenue (Rayners Lane): Road closed from November 16 to November 24 for gas works
- Silverston Way (Stanmore): Road closed from November 17 to November 21 for water works
- Walton Road (Wealdstone): Road closed from October 31 to November 6 for water works
