The video of black rings floating over Disneyland has sparked a frenzy, with people trying to figure out the mystery.
A mysterious black ring of smoke spotted flying over Disneyland has sparked speculation that it could be a sign of alien life with jokes and conspiracy theories flying online.
The video captured by a driver Lori Nayahalski in Anaheim, California, has caused an eruption of extraterrestrial speculation. It shows the black ring moving across the sky. Lori said the ring wasn’t disappearing, commenting: “Real-life Matrix or just an orchestrated spoof? I don’t know but it was something.”
The photographs show the strange ring rising over the theme park at around 6.30am. Lori explained: “It wasn’t dissipating, nor was it a flock of birds.”
Strange theories have cropped up online about the sighting. One suggested that Disneyland chiefs were electing a “new mouse”, relating the smoke ring to the black smoke that billows from the Sistine Chapel when cardinals are electing a new pope.
Others, more morbidly, thought it could be Walt Disney “signalling” from the grave, while some thought the theme park was under an alien invasion. It’s a good place to start, one joked, “even alien knows where the happiest place on earth is.”
However, this is not the first time rings like these have been spotted over Disneyland, and several attested to that fact. “We were there one year and I thought for sure when I seen it we were under alien invasion attack!!” a Facebook user said.
Disneyland officials have since confirmed the black ring was actually created by pyrotechnics being tested before the park opened. An old post on X shows exactly how these smoke rings are made:
Despite the mysterious smoke being debunked, UFOs have become a real issue in today’s world.. Far from their conspiracy theory beginnings, governments and credible sources have been producing eerie videos of UFOs.
Thousands of files were released by the Pentagon relating to UFOs in 2022. Before his election in 2024, Trump also vowed to release new Pentagon materials documenting alleged alien encounters. Unidentified flying orbs have also been labeled as an issue of national security in America, as Marco Rubio, the US Secretary of State, claimed such orbs have been flying over US nuclear bases.
The Mexican government even claimed they had real ‘dead alien corpses’ and displayed them for Congress. Researchers verified that there was ‘potential evidence of non human life’ in these corpses.
But alas, these rings do not fall into the category of government recognition. Guests an watch the Fantasmic show in Disneyland Park. While those at the Disney California Adventure park can watch the World of Color show.
