This Morning’s Lisa Snowdon wowed in M&S’ viral jumper dress- and it’s already selling out

Lisa Snowdon is one to never fail to impress with her effortless style when appearing on ITV’s hit daytime show, This Morning. The presenter appeared on the show to present a new fashion segment, and while viewers were watching carefully, they were distracted by her own standout look.

The gorgeous 53-year-old sported a modern take on a little black dress, wearing an embellished, mini-length, long-sleeve black dress that comes with a cosier roll-neck. As if that wasn’t enough, to embrace the upcoming festive season, the item is adorned with beads and sequins to add a dazzling finishing touch.

The outfit was styled with black transparent tights and a simple yet sleek pair of black pumps, providing an elegant lesson in party wear dressing. The dress is part of Marks & Spencer’s collaboration with designer brand 16Arlington, which has quickly gone viral for all of its amazing (yet slightly pricey) pieces since its launch.

Made from pure cashmere, the chic glitzy number will set you back £300, making it the most expensive item in the collection, however, the luxury piece promises to pack a style punch, and always have your back when you’re in need of an elegant statement number. If this takes your fancy, then you can buy it on M&S’ website.

After posting her look on to social media fans immediately rushed to fill the comments with endless compliments. One referred to Lisa as a “Breathtaking beauty”, while another posted: “Absolutely stunning and so beautiful as always lisa gorgeous photos and outfit xx.” A third followed with: “Love this jumper dress really versatile for the winter months – you look as always beautiful fabulous and glowing.”

One user shared their disappointment at the price by saying: “They don’t mention on this morning this dress is £300” with a shocked face emoji.

If you don’t want to break the bank, then we have searched for some similar and more affordable alternatives so you don’t have to. H&M’s black long sleeve sequin dress which is a steal at only £37.99 is a great contender for something easy, and fuss-free to throw on when in doubt on what to wear this party season.

River Island’s Black Velvet Long Sleeve Cut Out Mini Dress, costing £56, is one of our personal faves as it comes with a small cutout around the neckline which subtly breaks up the black ensemble, and even comes with a metal gold flower detail. A black sequin mini T-shirt dress from supermarket brand TU comes in at £24.50, and would look excellent with a pair of knee high boots to complete the statement look.
