If you’d like to own curtains from Coronation Street’s Rovers Return pub, or a table used on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, now is your chance via ITV’s eBay account
Ever fancied getting your hands on props and memorabilia from your favourite ITV show? Well now you can, as highlighted by thrifting aficionado, Caroline, who delved deep into the broadcaster’s listings on eBay.
From clothing worn by past I’m A Celebrity stars including Boy George and Frankie Bridge, to an April Windsor ‘missing persons’ poster used on the set of Emmerdale, the auction site’s ITV ReLoved account has a variety of items for fans to snap up. “This is not a drill – ITV is on eBay and you can buy furniture from their shows… like furniture from [Ant and Dec’s] Saturday Night Takeaway,” Caroline enthused in a TikTok video.
She went on to share screenshots of the account – which has a positive feedback rating of 99.8 per cent, showcasing other unusual items such as a Club Fernando’s sign from Take Me Out and a ‘Free Marlon Dingle’ poster from Emmerdale.
“There’s loads of stuff from loads of different programmes,” Caroline continued. “But I think my favourite thing has to be the Fernando’s sign.”
The props appear to be decent value for money too – with Saturday Night Takeaway’s purple ‘scalloped wooden coffee table’ commencing with bids of £25 and the aforementioned Marlon Dingle poster requiring an opening bid of £10.
“There’s also a leotard from Dancing On Ice [also £10],” Caroline said. “The page has got incredible feedback – people seem to have had a really good experience buying from ITV.”
She closed her clip: “How incredible is this in the lead up to Christmas that if you’ve got people that you just don’t know what to buy for, you can get them a piece of ITV memorabilia? It’s the gift that keeps on giving!”
Past listings that might be worth keeping an eye out for should they emerge again include a coaster from Emmerdale’s pub, The Woolpack, a Dingo Dime silver coin used on I’m A Celebrity, and curtains that once hung in Coronation Street’s Rovers Return boozer.
“Thank you for this Caroline,” one TikTok user wrote in response. “I will definitely have a look at this on eBay.”
A second person quipped: “Who doesn’t want a Free Marlon Dingle poster?!”
A third said: “Omg I’m so going on this!”
Whilst a fourth pondered: “The find April Windsor poster would make a fantastic secret Santa.”
ITV states on the account: “The ITV ReLoved Store is ITV’s official eBay marketplace, the only place where you can purchase props, costumes and other items previously used by ITV.
“Whether it’s items from your favourite ITV shows, or other exciting bits from behind the scenes, by buying from ITV ReLoved you’ll be giving our items a second life and helping to reduce waste.
“ITV is proud to work in partnership with PropUp Project to create this exclusive reuse eBay store. PropUp Project is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in rehoming and reselling in the creative industry. All ITV profits from the ITV ReLoved Store will be donated to charitable causes annually.”
