Shoppers are rushing to stock up on Baileys ahead of Christmas after one supermarket slashes prices to the cheapest it’s been all year
If Baileys is a non-negotiable part of your Christmas lineup, now’s the perfect time to stock up because one supermarket has dropped the price to its lowest point all year.
With festive gatherings, cosy nights in and after-dinner treats right around the corner, Tesco shoppers are racing to grab bottles while they’re this cheap.
Normally priced at £22.50, the 1L Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur Bottle is now £11 with a Tesco Clubcard, with the offer running from Tuesday 18th November until Monday 8th December. This is the cheapest price available at Tesco all year to date.
No Clubcard? No problem, you can sign up for free here.
Whether you prefer yours over ice, in a hot chocolate or saved for Christmas Eve, securing a bottle (or multiple) at better than half price helps ease the financial burden of Christmas just a little bit.

The deal has already sparked excitement among early planners and savvy shoppers, especially in the run up to the 25th. Many are using this offer to bulk buy for parties, as Christmas gifts, or to stock up for the big day.
However, despite the deal running until the 8th December, this is only while stocks last, so we suggest nabbing one sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.
Tesco is offering Baileys at the cheapest price we’ve seen, but a few other supermarkets have also reduced their prices. Over at Asda, the same 1L bottle has been reduced to £13.98 from £22 in a rollback promotion.
While Waitrose has reduced its 1L bottle to £14, and Ocado has knocked over £7 off its 75cl bottle, bringing the price down from £18.50 to £11.
Wherever you choose to purchase from, and for whatever reason, whether that be for hosting, gifting or just enjoying a winter tipple, it’s safe to say Christmas always tastes a little better knowing you’ve saved a few pounds along the way.
