TikTok influencer HSTikkyTokky has caused a stir after confessing he believes he’s better at football than professional Manchester City star Phil Foden. Harrison Sullivan, 24, known as HSTikkyTokky on the hit social media platform, has amassed a substantial following on social media, where he shows off a lavish lifestyle.

In a clip that was widely shared on other platforms, the TikTokker was seen in the gym talking about his football training. Following a 1-1 practice, he told his friend his coach claimed he was “better” than the England midfielder. Sullivan said: ā€œI’m better at moving away from a mannequin and shooting into a goal with a keeper – and they [Phil Foden and Noni Madueke] play for Man City and Arsenal.ā€

The midfielder has made more than 300 appearances for Manchester City where he’s won a slew of honours. As well as this, Foden became the youngest recipient of a Premier League winner’s medal in 2018.

On X, the clip of Sullivan’s comments was shared alongside the caption: ā€œHSTikkyTokky is considering a football career after his coach told him he’s better than Foden and Madueke…ā€

People were quick to share their opinions on Sullivan’s remarks. One person said: ā€œā€˜Better than Foden at moving away from a mannequin and shooting’ [crying laughing emojis]. Very different when Bruno GuimarĆ£es is steaming in at you though.”

Another said: ā€œHe needs to calm himself right down.ā€ And a third commented: ā€œPlayed as a youth striker, but says he ā€˜wasn’t good enough’ to turn professional.” And another simply added: ā€œLOOOOOOOL.”

In response, Sullivan shared a compilation video showcasing him taking several successful shots at a goalkeeper on an empty field. In the caption, he penned: ā€œWhat the haters saying now,” adding a string of laughing emojis.

Fellow X users were quick to share their thoughts – and they didn’t hold back. One person said: ā€œIs the keeper there for aesthetics or what.” Another said: ā€œWhere’s the clip of the static object tackling you mate?ā€

Many said the goalkeeper wasn’t up to par which prompted one person to comment: ā€œEven if the keeper is s***, you can tell he was somewhat good at football, his first touch is always in front of him to strike, if you know you know.”

The TikTokker recently made headlines after pleading guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance after being arrested in October in connection to a car crash in Virginia Water, Surrey, in March 2024.

Staines Magistrates’ Court heard that witnesses told police Sullivan was ā€œin a supercar going extremely fastā€ with one saying he was travelling at ā€œat least 100mph or moreā€ before the crash.

Data from the crashed McLaren car indicated Sullivan was travelling at 71mph in a 40mph zone at the moment of the crash, the court heard.

Kane Alexander, prosecuting, said: ā€œIt was going 30mph over the speed limit on a single carriageway in broad daylight with other road users.ā€

After the crash, Sullivan spent 12 months in Dubai, Thailand and Spain, while continuing to make social media content, the court heard. He was eventually detained for unrelated matters in Spain in August and brought back to the UK by police where he was then arrested.

Sullivan was given a 12 month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
