The forecast for early December isn’t likely to help people get into the festive mood
Forecasters down at the Met Office and the BBC are predicting London will be soaked through for the best part of two weeks. Both weather giants forecast London to be hit with rain showers from the start of December until December 11.
The BBC’s day-by-day forecast shows showers everyday, while wet weather is detailed in the Met Office’s long range forecast. It miserably mentions that ‘heavy rain is possible almost anywhere at times through this period’.
But there is no real possibility of snow during this time, which we are more likely to see on high ground in the North. Tomorrow (Saturday, November 29) will be particularly wet and miserable, according to the BBC.
The most up to date upcoming forecast reads: “Tomorrow will be overcast with outbreaks of heavy rain for a time but these will ease through the late afternoon. Winds strengthening in the evening. Less mild.”
But despite the wet weather due to lower the tone of the festive month, it may feel a bit claggy with over 90 per cent humidity predicted on multiple days.
