Sky has quietly launched a new Black Friday deal that saves £120 on a TV, sport and Netflix bundle, but it’s ending soon.
Sky has added a new deal to its Black Friday 2025 sale that includes a £1 add-on perfect for sports fans. The provider is now offering its Essential TV, Sky Sports and UHD package for £36 per month.

With the UHD add-on, customers can enjoy select channels in four times higher picture quality than Full HD and with Dolby Atmos surround sound, with the deal also throwing in free subscriptions to Netflix and Discovery+. However, Sky has confirmed its Black Friday sale will end on Thursday, December 4.
Meanwhile, Virgin Media has confirmed its rival Black Friday sale is running until December 10, giving shoppers extra time to secure three months free with TV packages. including the £56.99 Sport bundle.

Sky is offering its Essential TV, Sky Sports and UHD package for £36 per month as part of its Black Friday sale.
This features the TNT Sports channels broadcasting Champions League and Europa League action. Plus select Premier League matches, boxing and rugby, coupled with 100Mbps fibre broadband.
However, following a six-month discount, the cost will climb to £55.99, reports the Liverpool Echo. But for those opting for Sky, one thing to bear in mind when snapping up the deal is that Sky’s TV contracts run for 24 months, with this particular deal powered by Sky Stream.
This is Sky’s new way to watch TV that works over WiFi rather than a satellite dish or aerial. As well as the existing benefits of the Essential TV, Sky Sports and UHD package, customers can also choose to pick further add-ons such as Sky Cinema (£10) and TNT Sports (£25).
It’s just worth noting that Sky usually ups its prices each year in an inflation-linked change, with next year’s increase yet to be announced. However, Sky Sports has captivated sports fans and earned favourable feedback on Trustpilot, with one reviewer saying: “Sky Sports is really good and really reliable, its football reviews and news are so good.”
Another said: “Wonderful presentation, commentary and punditry. Sport is dynamic, and Sky Sports embraces changes in its package to reflect what’s happening. The sporting fixtures shown include a high proportion of the great contests.”
This Sky Sports subscriber is less enthusiastic, saying: “Not bad, but also not that great. They are average, really, in terms of variety and quality of presenters.”
Whilst this cricket fan said: “Mel Jones is absolutely brilliant. The most informative and accessible commentator on Sky cricket coverage, and that’s saying something because they are all good.”
