An overnight face serum described as a ‘beauty must-have’ has been reduced to half price in a new sale. L’Oreal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renew Midnight Serum is currently reduced at both Superdrug and on Amazon but savvy shoppers have found a way to get it for even less thanks to a deals website.
The beauty brand says the overnight formula supports the cell renewal process, while devotees say the non-sticky cream helps with wrinkles, skin firmness and radiance. Brand ambassador Kate Winslet has previously said she uses the cream, alongside L’Oreal Paris’ True Match Foundation, as part of her skincare regime and it would seem plenty of ordinary shoppers agree.
The serum has 4.8 stars out of 5 stars based on 755 reviews with a huge 97% of shoppers saying they would recommend it to their friends.
It was described as a beauty must-have by one five star reviewer who added: “So easy to use and if you are careful it lasts a long time. On offer or not I would recommend. It’s my one ‘must have’ even when times are tight.”

A second said: “It’s like magic in a bottle that acts while you sleep, what’s not to love? My skin feels and looks amazing!”
A third added: “The night serum is thicker than any others I have tried. It’s super rich and creamy, smells of citrus and adds a touch of luxury to my night time skin regime. It feels like it is feeding your skin. It’s definitely improved the appearance of my menopausal skin, feeling more radiant, lifting it up and plumping it out. It absorbs easily and is not tacky afterwards.”
Not every shopper noticed huge differences though. One three star reviewer said: “I had samples to last a week, which I used each evening after bathing and cleansing my face thoroughly. You don’t need very much as it spread well, but I used it all. Every morning my skin felt almost fat, it was very plump and hydrated. However, after cleansing it didn’t look quite so special, just what I would normally see with my usual routine, and less luminous. It does plump well, but I get a better glow with other products.”
