Dunelm shoppers are full of praise for a wooden garden dining set that comprises four foldaway chairs and a square table. The Compact Wooden Folding Dining Set is currently on sale for less than £200 just in time for summer.
The outdoor table seats up to four people and costs £199, down from £249. George at ASDA is selling a similar garden dining set also for £199, but with a circular table. Amazon is offering a four-seater Panana Acacia Wood Outdoor Dining Set with a rectangular table for £159.99.
Dunelm’s outdoor dining set is ideal for storing between uses thanks to the table and chairs neatly folding away. This means the stylish set can stay out of sight and out of mind until they’re needed when you entertain in your garden, patio or courtyard.

The set is made from smooth eucalyptus wood and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Each chair is made up of individual wooden slats, and the table has rolling wheels on one side making it easy to move around your outdoor space.
The dining set arrives partly assembled for your convenience, although some Dunelm shoppers found it quite a challenge to complete. One customer explained: “Great value. Good design and build quality, but rubbish instructions.”
Someone else said: “Excellent purchase – superb quality. Absolutely delighted with this garden furniture set, I was apprehensive buying this unseen but I felt I could rely on Dunelm for good quality and they did not disappoint.
“It is just what I was looking for. If I had one criticism it would be that the assembly could have gone smoother if the legs were numbered, though that said my sister and I (a couple of pensioners) got there (eventually).”
