Live: London Underground line part suspended with commuter journeys disrupted

The London Underground is part suspended this morning (Friday, June 14). Transport for London (TfL) says that a section of one of the network’s lines is not running any trains.

As of 6.15am this morning, there is no service between Turnham Green and Richmond on the District line. This is due to the late finish of network rail engineering works, officials say.

But there is a good service to the rest of the line, and all other Tube lines. This will be different at the weekend, however.

TfL says there will be no service between Edgware and Golders Green on the Northern line on Saturday and Sunday (June 15-16).

There will also be no trains between Aldgate and Baker Street on the Metropolitan line. Trains will not stop at Baker Street during Friday Night Tube hours on the Jubilee line on Saturday.

No service is to be expected between Edgware Road and High Street Kensington on the District line all weekend, and there will be no trains on the Circle line between Hammersmith and Tower Hill.
