Trooping the Colour live as Kate Middleton spotted arriving with Prince Louis for King Charles parade

Today is King Charles’ official birthday (June 15) which means the Royal Guard will be Trooping the Colour on Horse Guards Parade. The ceremony has begun with all the Royal Family in attendance.

The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton is in attendance at the ceremony in her first public appearance since her cancer diagnosis. The Princess is still undergoing chemotherapy and has had an operation for her treatment has been pictured on her way to Buckingham Palace this morning in a car sitting beside her husband Prince William.

She was seen in the Glass State Coach with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louise on their way to Horse Guards Parade.

Huge crowds of fans of the Royal Family are gathered at the scene, despite the less-than-perfect weather with brollies fending off the drizzle. The Trooping of the Colour is a celebration of the British Armed Forces which will see the royal guard marching around Horse Guards Parade in orderly fashion.
