Two men have been charged after a teenager was stabbed on a bus in Redbridge last month.
Abass Kamara, 20, and Emmanuel Kabengele, 18, are charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent after allegedly attacking a 19-year-old on the route 169 bus on High Road, Barkingside, on Monday, June 24.
The pair were arrested on July 3 after information was received following a media appeal on June 26.

Abass, 20, of Stonebridge, has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and possession of cannabis. He appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on July 4 and was remanded to appear at Harrow Crown Court on August 1.
Emmanuel, 18, of Knotts Green, has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon. He is set to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday, July 5).
