There is a large police presence in Central London this evening, with lots of police and ambulances seen on Victoria Embankment. According to reports, there are a few ambulances and lots of police in the area near Westminster Pier.
There is a large protest supporting Palestine taking place on Westminster Bridge, with a second, counter pro-Israel protest on Parliament Square. Pro-Palestine supporters can be seen lining the bridge, many holding signs.
Both protests are peaceful, MyLondon understands. Photos show several ambulances lined out outside the Houses of Parliament. It is not yet known whether they are there for the protests or for other incidents.
The Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service have both been contacted for further information about this incident.
