The Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle can maintain temperature for half an hour and hold enough water for seven brews
Amazon has cut the price of Ninja’s ‘genius’ smart kettle in its post-Prime Day sale. The Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle is now £67.99, down by £32 from its usual £99.99 for the Amazon exclusive black and copper edition, which has sold more than 2,000 units in the past month.
Shoppers can also grab the standard black kettle in Ninja’s own summer sale for £79.99 or at Amazon and Argos for £79. The device allows you to create the perfect cuppa with total control over six preset temperatures ranging from 60C to 100C, which can be adjusted manually.
It also boasts a digital display that provides a real-time temperature read-out. With its 3000W power, the fast-boil kettle can boil a single cup in less than 50 seconds, while its large 1.7L capacity can hold enough water for seven cups of tea or coffee.

This clever gadget also features a handy ‘Hold Temp’ function that can maintain a chosen water temperature for up to 30 minutes, perfect for making a second drink without having to re-boil. Making the perfect beverage is easy with Ninja’s ‘simple’ controls and convenient water window with blue illumination, and cleaning is just as effortless with its removable scale filter.
The device also comes with a sturdy 360° swivel base. The Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle has earned a 4.5-star rating on Ninja’s site after 768 reviews – 613 of which are five-star – with customers touting it as the ‘best’ kettle ever.
One review says: “I love this kettle. It is lightweight, easy to use and quick to boil. It looks good as you would expect for a Ninja product. The base is good and robust and I like the ability to set the desired temperature and then keep it at that temperature for 30mins. It also has the now famous Ninja beep too so you know when the kettle has reached the desired temperature.”
Another said: “Fabulous little kettle and real powerhouse. Doesn’t take long to boil, amazing having the different temperatures that you can boil the water at instead of everything just having to be the same boiling hot temperature. It looks sleek [and] fits into the kitchen nicely.”
A third added: “Best thing I have ever bought. It certainly makes the instant coffee more devine. Hold temp button is genius.”
However, some shoppers were less impressed, writing: “I like the design and the holding the temperature feature but I’ve never had such a noisy kettle. It’s so loud it drowns out any music playing and you definitely can’t hold a conversation when it’s on without shouting.”
