The cooking content creator, known as Ilena, posted the recipe online for her 250,000 followers. She explained: “Did you know that you could make Yorkshire puddings with pancake mix? Yes you can.

“One cup of pancake mix, three quarters of a cup of whole milk, I’m cracking open two eggs, whisk really well.”

She goes on to say you need to preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius before putting your mix in muffin tins. She also advised putting a teaspoon of oil in the muffin tins to avoid the batter sticking.

Ilena put the tray in the oven to make the oil hot, then poured in the batter. She let everything bake for around 20 minutes – and you’ll want to avoid opening the oven door during this time.
