Victoria Beckham’s alleged falling out with her son Brooklyn has become “her worst nightmare,” according to insiders. Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz appear to missed David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebrations, sparking rumours of family discord.

Insiders suggest that things haven’t been the same since Brooklyn and Nicola, an actress and filmmaker, became a couple in 2019. However, a source close to the family suggests that the recent controversy has driven a wedge between David and Victoria, and their son and his spouse. Victoria is reportedly feeling the pressure of the situation.

One insider revealed: “This is Victoria’s worst nightmare. The thought of any of her children falling out gives her sleepless nights. It’s been difficult with Brooklyn since he met Nicola, and there’s no denying that there was a family fallout over their wedding. But Victoria and David have worked hard to get things back on track, so this is a real blow.”

The Sun reports that Victoria and David made significant efforts to mend their relationship with Nicola, 30, after a disagreement arose between the two women ahead of the 2022 wedding, reports the Mirror.

However, The Mirror exclusively reported last night that Victoria and David, who have been married for nearly 26 years themselves, recently “refused Brooklyn and Nicola peace talks” after the couple travelled to London “specifically to try to repair the relationship”.

Brooklyn and Nicola opted out of David Beckham’s birthday dinner at Core restaurant in Notting Hill, West London, and also didn’t join the rest of the family who jetted off to France for day-long festivities on Friday.

A source who chatted with The Sun said the young couple had every intention of being at David’s 50th birthday bash, but felt too uneasy to show up because they thought Nicola was getting the blame for the family tension.

An insider who spoke to The Mirror added: “As parents, it’s shocking that Victoria and David are behaving this way… instead of privately discussing the issue. Victoria and David (appear to) have no interest in finding a solution that works for everyone.”

The birthday bash reportedly came to an unplanned halt at 3.35am when neighbours complained to the council about the noise. The Beckhams and their celebrity friends, including stars like Guy Ritchie, Eva Longoria, and Gordon Ramsay, were told to keep the noise down as the upscale dinner escalated into a full-blown party.

Tom Cruise was spotted with his new girlfriend Ana de Armas, while David Beckham’s former Manchester United teammate Gary Neville was reportedly enjoying the bar. The host of The Overlap was seen with his wife Emma, leaving the Michelin-starred restaurant Core in the early hours of Sunday morning.
