A 20-year-old man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after being stabbed at Imperial Wharf station yesterday (June 18). He was attacked at the Fulham stop just before 5.20pm, with London’s Air Ambulance called soon after.
The young man was taken to a major trauma centre in a serious condition. No one has been arrested in connection as of yet.
London Overground services between Clapham Junction and Stratford were cancelled for multiple hours following the daylight incident. The British Transport Police is now appealing for witnesses to come forward and help with their investigation.

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Imperial Wharf station just after 5:20pm today (18 June) following reports of a stabbing. Paramedics also attended and a 20-year-old man was taken to hospital with what are believed to be life threatening injuries.
“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called today (Wednesday 18) at 5.20pm to reports of a stabbing at Imperial Wharf station, SW6. We sent resources including ambulance crews, an advanced paramedic practitioner and London’s air ambulance.
“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to a major London Trauma centre.”
