The site explained: āAllowing grass clipping and debris to accumulate after mowing can significantly reduce your mowerās performance, and even spread lawn diseases.ā
Although debris can enhance soil fertility and improve water retention, it can also impose some risks that can affect the overall health of the plants and flowers.
āClean your mower after every use or, at the very least, once a month. Use a wire brush or a damp cloth to scrape away any debris. Keeping it clean ensures consistent performance and prolongs its lifespan,ā they added.

The best time to mow your garden is mid-morning or late afternoon, when temperatures are not too hot, as previously reported by the Mirror.
Although mowing the lawn will become more frequent during the summertime, there are specific times when itās best to complete such task. As the temperatures keep increasing and the rays of the sun are much stronger, the grass becomes more fragile.
In need of more nutrients and water, the grass needs more care and attention, compared to other seasons. Ideally, the best time to mow the lawn is between 8 am and 10 am or a couple of hours before sunset when the sun isnāt as strong and the grass is dry.
