Parents who are looking to kit their kid out for the new school year without breaking the bank will be pleased to hear that bargain supermarket, Lidl, has released its £5 school uniform bundle for another year.

Despite kids having not even broken up for the current school year, retailers are already launching their back to school ranges, and it can’t help to get ahead, especially with such a great bargain. With Lidl’s prices lower than many high street rivals, the deal promises to ease the struggle of purchasing yet another back to school uniform, offering quality basics from as little as £.150 from Thursday 3rd July.

Included in the £5 bundle is a pack of two polo shirts, a sweatshirt and a choice of trousers or a skirt. These will be landing in the middle aisle of Lidl today, and with parents already snapping them up, it’s likely stock will only be available for a short amount of time.

Marks & Spencer

M&S’ school uniforms are slightly pricier than the likes of Lidl, Matalan or Asda, however, the quality is unmatched, and the prices are still reasonably affordable. These uniforms are probably the best choice if you’ve got slightly older children who aren’t growing as fast, and can keep the same uniform for the next year or two.

From knit cardigans (£13 – £19) to unisex polo shirts (£7 – £15) and school trousers (£11 – £17), Marks & Spencer has everything you need for the new school year.
