The blanket comes in four different sizes and five different colours. The blanket is designed for night sweats and to help hot sleepers.
It’s made with Japanese fibres and absorbs body head to reduce body temperature by as much as 5C. The blanket is double sided, with one side being cooling and moisture-wicking and the other being breathable cotton perfect for colder days.

Alternatively, you can try the £99 Cooling Blanket from Oodie. It’s designed to wick away heat and moisture while absorbing body heat.
On the cheaper side, there’s the Restore Cooling Throw for £35 at Silentnight. It’s made of ‘cool sensation fabric’ and breathable jersey.
The Amazon blanket has 4.3 stars from 8,325 reviews. One person said “Worth every penny. This was a total lifesaver during the 2021 heatwave. I HATE hot humid weather with a passion and was stuck working at home, in an attic bedroom that has two tiny skylights and a south-facing window that always seems to face away from the breeze.

“The quality of the blanket is very nice, soft on one side and silky on the other, both very comfortable. It cools me down quite a bit and makes the slightly warmer nights more tolerable, I don’t know how I went without one for so long.
“Would recommend, but not as a full summer heat solution, it takes some of the heat off but you do have to shuffle it around sometimes just to get to the cooler parts, as your body temp does warm it up over time.”
