The England and Wales women will meet tonight in their final group stage fixture of the UEFA Women’s Euros. The Lionesses face The Dragons at The Kybunpark in St. Gallen, Switzerland, with both sides looking to book their place in the quarter-finals.

England’s women are wearing a new kit during their campaign that differs to the one worn by the men’s team and is inspired by retro sportswear and previous Lionesses. Unveiling the kit earlier this year, The FA said: “The home kit is a homage to the Lionesses and their heroic national victories such as Euro 2022, as well as the future generations of women players who are taking the game to new heights.

“The home kit uses shifts in colour to honour the pioneers of the national team playing through the ‘70s and ‘80s. The white jersey comes alive with a beautiful print across the chest, mixing in vibrant red and blue hues.”

Those preferring the black away kit can opt for the Away Stadium Shirt (£84.99) or the Dri-FIT ADV Away Match Shirt (£124.99). These are also available in Mens and Kids sizes.

According to The FA, the away kit is inspired by the ‘fearless optimism and leadership of the current and past Lionesses, with a nod to modern design’. Welsh fans must look elsewhere for their kits, as Fanatics doesn’t currently stock the official Wales shirts.

The national team’s items are available from JD Sports, including the 2024 Home Shirt Women’s (£55). JD Sports also stocks the Mens and Junior sizes, alongside the Mens WEC 2025 Badge Home Shirt version (£70).

There’s also the 2025 Away Shirt Women’s (£75), plus the Men’s and Junior sizes. Ahead of the Euros, fans took to social media to share their reactions to the latest kits.

Writing on X, one fan said: “That is the best England kit either men’s or women’s for years.”

Another said: “The new Lionesses kit looks great.”

Not everyone is sold though, as this England fan said: “Definitely going to buy the away shirt. Home looks terrible.”

A Wales fan said: “Watching the Women’s Euros is making me look at finally buying a Wales kit.”

While another England fan said: “I actually really like England’s away kit, the touch of colour going down the side that lines up with the shorts are so nice and the blue writing on the back makes it a clean kit.”
