Shoppers are swooning over a wrap dress on Amazon that has been reduced by 45 per cent, seeing it’s price go from £32.99 to £17.99 – but for a short time only as it’s included in the retail giant’s Spring Deal Days lightening deals, meaning there’s a limited time for shoppers to snap up this bargain. The Amazon Essentials Women’s Classic Cap Sleeve Wrap Dress comes in a variety of colours and patterns from plain black and burgundy to animal print and florals and ranges from sizes small to 6XL Plus. Made from polyester and elastane, the dress is super flattering and features a feminine v-neckline with the classic wrap style cinches your waist in and gives an hourglass silhouette that’s enhanced by a pleated detail.

With a large number of shoppers being surprised at how good the quality of the dress is for such a price, one fashion fan remarked: “Great quality, material much better than I expected, great fit. Can be worn casually with flip gloss/flats or dressed up with heels. Very happy.”
Another stated: “Wasn’t sure what to expect from this dress but it’s perfect. Heavy material allows it to hang well creating a ‘no lumps’ look. Really nice pattern, nice length, good price. I’m size 14/16 it’s a lovely fit.”

While most people loved the thickness of the material and the weight, some weren’t so fond of this detail with a number declaring the “material [is] too heavy for the dress” and “the fabric is so heavy the dress doesn’t drape right”.
That being said, one reviewer, who revealed they were quite “busty” and “short waisted”, said the dress exceeded expectations and that they liked the heaviness and added how they were impressed by the wrap around fastening that sat comfortably on them so wasn’t “worried about it opening”.
They said: “This is a really nice dress! Better than expected and really pretty color! I am 5’7”, about 160 pounds, busty and short waisted. This is the large and it fits really well. Wraps comfortably around that I won’t be worried about it opening. Fabric is heavy like others have said but it gives the dress a really nice hang to it. Perfect for so many things! Colour is a dark blue with small teal flowers so the colour is really nice! Highly recommend!”
