Amazon shoppers have been snapping up its £6 paddling pool ahead of the UK heatwave after thousands of five star reviewers praised it for how well it cools you down
We don’t want to jinx it, but summer may have finally landed in the UK, and we’re all scrambling for affordable ways to beat the heat. With the heatwave set to continue this week, we’ve been looking for quick and easy ways to stay cool and Amazon shoppers think they’ve found just the thing.
The Bestway Sea Creature Paddling Pool, £6 here (was £10.14), has become one of Amazon’s number one best sellers this week, and has been lauded as a quick and easy way to cool off in the sun. Reviewers were most impressed by the fact the pool requires no inflation, meaning you can get it out and assembled in seconds without needing an air pump (or a strong set of lungs!).
Instead, you simply need to pull the sides up into place and position it on a flat surface before filling it up. It’s also quick and easy to put away, with a drain valve that allows you to release all the water without trying to lift it up or tip it out.
Although designed for children, the paddling pool measures an impressive 1.22 metres wide by 25cm high, making it spacious enough that you can enjoy it with your kids, and has a capacity of 219 litres. It also has a soft and comfortable design despite not being inflatable, which helps keep them safe and secure.
