A duo of prolific drug dealers who have already been locked up for running a county line selling heroin and crack cocaine from London into Surrey have both been jailed again after being caught running the same line. Adrece Hussain, 27 and Connor Woodburn-Hall, 28, ran the ‘Bobby’ drug line.

They’ve never been jailed for a combined total of 10 years and 8 months after they were found guilty of a string of drug offences at Croydon Crown Court last Monday (July 14).

Adrece Hussain, 27, of Eastbourne Road in Hounslow, was sentenced to five years, six months and one day, after he pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, and the acquired use or possession of criminal property. Connor Woodburn-Hall, 28, of Lionel Road North in Hounslow, was sentenced to five years and two months, after he pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, and the acquired use or possession of criminal property.

The duo had previously run the same ‘Bobby’ line and were sentenced in 2021. After their release at the end of 2024, police quickly became aware of the line being active once again. They were arrested in March this year and their phones were analysed, showing bulk marketing messages linked to the supply of drugs, mainly heroin and crack cocaine.

Police were also able to pinpoint the drugs line phone and link it to the personal phones of both individuals.

PC Tori Hall, who investigated the case, said: “Hussain and Woodburn-Hall led a criminal lifestyle where they profited from the supply of crack cocaine and heroin. The pair continued that lifestyle as soon as they were out of prison, and started dealing again. This sentencing reflects the hard work that has gone into the investigation.

The Surrey Police officer continued: “As a force we remain committed to disrupting drug-related offences and arresting those committing them. We know the impact that drugs can have on the community, in particular the exploitation of the vulnerable for the benefit of criminals. We thank the community for their support in reporting drug supply activity to police so we can take action.”
