Barnet stabbing in middle-of-the-night sees two rushed to hospital

Two people have been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the dead of night on a residential North London road. Police were called to reports of a stabbing on Great North Road, Barnet, at around 1.25am on Sunday (September 14) and found two people with stab injuries there.

Two people were treated by paramedics before being rushed to a hospital. A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.25am on Sunday 14 September to reports of a stabbing on Great North Road, Barnet.

“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer, a paramedic in a fast response car and a clinical team manager.

“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance. We treated two patients and took them to hospital.”
