And in Amazon’s seasonal event, we’ve spotted some pretty incredible deals that’ll make that first burger of the year that little bit sweeter. Whether you’re after a Big Green Egg lookalike or want a simple barbecue that does the job, we’ve sifted through Amazon’s pages of amazing Springs Deal Days discounts to help you find the right sort of BBQ for you.
If you’re a seasoned barbecuer and want to upgrade your summer cooking – and you’re happy to spend quite a sum on your barbecue – Kamado Joe’s Classic Smoker Outdoor Charcoal Barbecue will level up your grilling game. Costing £719.99 from £899, the egg-shaped oven features a “revolutionary” multi-level half-moon design that allows you to cook different foods in different styles at different temperatures (thanks to its built-in thermometer control). Plus, the ‘natural lump charcoal’ will give your food a deliver smoke-infused flavour.

An ashtray in the bottom of the egg that slides out makes for easy cleaning while the arms on the side make for an easy transportation of cooked and non-cooked food to and from the grill. If you want a more traditional model that is a little less portable, the Char-Broil 140895 Advantage Series 445S is on sale for £487.51 from £669.99 and features three enamel cooking grates, one cast iron griddle and a side burner for sauteeing side dishes.
With four burners, the gas barbecue is ignited at the press of a button and runs on a Tru-Infrared cooking system that gives “up to 50% juicier food”. If your budget isn’t quite that big, CosmoGrill’s Hybrid Barbecue DUO Dual Gas Grill and Charcoal Smoker is on sale for £263.49 from £309.99 and combines the best of both worlds, in BBQ terms, featuring two generously sized gas and charcoal sections – that together extend to over 80cm.
The gas section of the barbecue features three steel burners and a side burner perfect for sauces or vegetables, with its power totalling 9 kW and temperature reaching 280C (although this can be adjusted to suit your cooking).

The Weber Go-Anywhere Barbeque Grill costs £82.95 (from £102.58).
Don’t want to spend that much? The George Foreman Portable Charcoal BBQ features a chrome plated steel grill and grease collection tray – plus there’s a convenient wire storage rack built into the appliance – and only costs £67.99 from £70.
Fancy a barbecue grill, smoker and air fryer in one? Ninja’s Woodfire Electric Outdoor BBQ has 33% off its price, making it £290 rather than £429.99.
The all-in-one electric BBQ grill is an Amazon exclusive and features a smart cook digital cooking probe and five kebab skewers. But that’s not all.
