“It’s one of my absolute favourite perfumes and my collection includes some really pricey scents. It’s perfect for everyday use, date night and when you just want to feel nice.”
Fragrance Direct shoppers can get money off a celebrity fragrance that has been praised as one of the best vanillas on the market. Eilish by Billie Eilish was the first scent released by the award winning singer and has built up a big reputation for itself.
Eilish was launched in 2021 with Steve DeMercado on the nose. DeMercado has worked on over 45 scents including a number of celebrity fragrances but also Classique Prestige by Jean Paul Gaultier.
It opens up with notes of Sugar, Red Berries and Mandarin Orange. It’s heart is where we see more of its signature with Vanilla, Cacao, Spicy Notes and Rose. It has a comforting base of Tonka Bean, Amber, Musk and Woody Notes.

There are only 11 reviews for the fragrance but with the exception of one they’re all glowing five stars.
One shopper said: “This perfume smells lovely, it is a string vanilla scent but not overpowering. I wear it a lot and get a lot of compliments. The bottle looks lovely on my shelf, it’s well made.”
A second penned: “Bought this as a suprise for my 15yr old daughter for Christmas, she idolised Billie Eilish , couldn’t resist having a little spray before wrapping it , it smells absolutely divine . The bottle is beautiful , a stunning keepsake for her dresser.”
A third added: “Got this for Christmas and I love it so much I would spray it all day every day if I could.” There is one negative review on the scent, with the shopper claiming it smells like soap.
It is worth keeping in mind the notes are very much vanilla, sugar and chocolate heavy., as the shopper continued by saying: “Smells like soap, not worth the price. Better getting any Ariana Grande perfume, you can tell the singer just stuck their name on it. The scent does not last at all.
“Great as a gift for someone who is a big fan but not as a general gift, very disappointed.” Our very own fragrance expert on the team, Jada Jones, got her hands on the scent.
She said: “I’m normally most drawn to gourmand scents so the original Eilish is actually one of my favourite perfumes, I got a bottle for Christmas and have already gone through half of it by the end of January because it smells so good – I got compliments from everyone I hugged while wearing it.
“It’s one of my absolute favourite perfumes and my collection includes some really pricey scents. It’s perfect for everyday use, date night and when you just want to feel nice. I would say for fans of sweet scents it’s one to snap up. I find the smallest bottle is fine for throwing in my bag.”
This is a great option for fans of Kayali Vanilla 28 or Kilian’s Angel Share, but at a much more accessible price point. You can get Eilish by Billie Eilish from £25.60 on FragranceDirect.
