B&M is selling a ‘stylish’ bedside lamp that looks similar to a pricier version by a high-end brand. For shoppers who love the look of designer decor but can’t justify the expense, B&M could have the solution.
The retailer is offering a ‘calming’ Paper Scallop Lamp, which could be easily mistaken for Crate&kids’ Greta Scalloped Raffia Table Lamp. However, B&M’s lamp is a fraction of the price, listed for £10. On the other hand, the Crate&Kids lamp will set shoppers back £128. While both options are likely to be popular, choosing B&M’s version can save customers over £120 on a similar look.
For fans of the style, the lamps are both similar in design and colour. Both share a scalloped shade in a raffia colour with a neutral-toned base. However, the pricier lamp is two-toned, with a cream body and a darker base, whereas the B&M lamp is only offered in a single darker shade.
