An 11-year-old boy has tragically died after minibus overturned on the M4 south west of London. Othniel Adoma, from Bracknell, died on Thursday (June 5).

The minibus overturned on the exit slip road of the M4 onto the A329M at Junction 10, near Wokingham, on Sunday, May 11 at 2.25pm. Thames Valley Police confirmed last month that a six-year-old boy had been killed in the collision and five other children were injured.

Those injured have now been discharged from hospital. No other vehicles were involved in the collision. The police are currently investigating how the white Ford Transit minibus flipped over but no arrests have been made at this time.

Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Lyndsey Blackaby, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “My thoughts, and the thoughts of everyone at Thames Valley Police are with the family and friends of Othniel Adoma.

“Othniel’s family has released these beautiful pictures of Othniel in his memory. Othniel’s family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.”
