Boy, 16, stabbed on Ruislip street with knifeman still at large

A 16-year-old boy was stabbed on a busy road in Ruislip yesterday evening (July 8). He was attacked outside Ruislip Manor Pharmacy on Victoria Road just before 6pm, with police arriving minutes later.

The teenager was treated for multiple injuries and taken to hospital by paramedics. His condition is neither life-threatening nor life-changing, according to a statement issued by the Metropolitan Police.

The force is now investigating the circumstances but is yet to arrest anybody in connection. A cordon was set up at the junction of Victoria Road and Linden Avenue whilst enquiries were made.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 17:54hrs on Tuesday, 8 July to reports of a stabbing in Ruislip. Officers joined London Ambulance Service at Ruislip Manor Pharmacy on Victoria Road, where a boy was suffering from stab injuries.

The 16-year-old was taken to hospital where his injuries have been confirmed as non-life-threatening or non-life-changing. No arrests have as yet been made. Enquiries continue.”

The London Ambulance Service has been contacted for more information.
