Two teenagers are in hospital after a double stabbing in West London. Cops raced to Paddington Recreation Ground, Paddington, at about 1.50pm today (Monday, June 16) to reports of a knife attack.
There they found the two school-aged boys, 15 and 16, who were taken to hospital. They are in a stable condition and there have been no arrests.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at around 1.50pm on Monday, June 16, to reports of a stabbing in Paddington Recreation Ground. Officers attended the scene along with the London Ambulance Service. Two teenage boys – aged 15 and 16 – were found with stab injuries.
“Both were taken to hospital in a stable condition. No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.48pm today (Monday, June 16) to reports of a stabbing at Paddington Recreation Ground, Paddington. We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an advanced paramedic, paramedics from our tactical response unit and an incident response officer.
“We treated two teenagers for stab wounds and took them to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
