A doorbell camera managed to capture the “hilarious” reaction of a delivery driver when he was presented with a question about Taylor Swift. The iconic singer and songwriter, 35, has firmly established herself as one of the most powerful and recognisable artists in the world, accumulating a string of prestigious awards and a billion-dollar bank balance to boot.

The Pennsylvania-born superstar boasts hundreds of millions of devoted fans across the globe, and some choose to share their status as a ‘Swiftie’ – the collective noun used for Taylor’s fans – loud and proud.

This is the case for one woman, Jeanna Parker, who opted to show her love for the musician clearly outside her home, in the form of a chalkboard sign with a statement devoted to Taylor Swift.

When a delivery driver approached her home to drop off a parcel, he spotted the sign and chose to share his honest and “hilarious” response – and the entire thing was captured on Jeanna’s doorbell camera.

The proud Swiftie shared the footage on the popular Facebook group, Taylor Swift’s Vault. In the caption accompanying the clip, Jeanna penned: “My chalkboard sign says ‘welcome, I hope you like Taylor Swift!’ [crying laughing emoji].”

The delivery driver can be seen reading the sign before shaking his head slowly from side to side and umm-ing and ahh-ing repeatedly to show he’s not, in fact, a fan of the singer. He then laughs and says: “That’s all I can say.”

In the comments section, fellow Facebook users were keen to share their thoughts. One person said: “That’s hilarious.”

Another joked: “I mean he didn’t say no…. closet Swiftie perhaps? Lol.”

A third said: “Seems like he’s not a hater but he’s also not a lover haha.”

Another suggested: “Omg please give him song recommendations. He seems open minded but probably not aware of anything outside of her radio singles ya know.”

A fifth quipped: “He’s on the fence, there’s still a chance lol.|

Another said: “He was more respectful than most lol.”

One fan agreed: “At least he [was] honest and not rude about it.”

Someone else joked: “He’s just waiting on a gentle breeze to knock him off that fence he’s balancing on.”

Another fan said: “Leave him a song recommendation next time.”

And another said: “It’s funny cause he definitely knew he was being recorded so he was silly and respectful so as not to offend. This is how not liking an artist someone else does is supposed to go.”

Someone else shared a similar experience of their own: “When I delivered for Amazon I had one house that had the ‘was Ross & Rachel on a break?’ [sign].

“You put the package on yes or no – they also had a Ring camera. I had to put it in the middle & then explain why.”

Taylor Swift’s newest album, The Life of a Showgirl, will be released on October 3, 2025. The self-described numerology buff opted for this date – 10/3 – to link to her favourite number 13, while the 12 tracks mark the milestone of a 12th album.
