A man was stabbed in the head following an alleged ‘road rage’ incident in Edgware last week. He was found with multiple knife wounds on Hamonde Close, near the Broadfields Estate, just after 5pm on Thursday, May 29.

His injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing, according to a statement issued by the Metropolitan Police. The force believes the stabbing was the result of an earlier ‘altercation’ between two drivers on the adjacent Bushfield Crescent.

A 60-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm three days later. He has since been bailed, pending further enquiries.
