Sunday, July 14 is the day the England men’s football team could get its hands on silverware for the first time since 1966, as we take on Spain in the Euro 2024 final. The match will be held at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany, kicking off at 8pm and shown on both BBC and ITV1.

The Three Lions came close to bringing it home four years ago but we were devastatingly knocked out by Italy on penalties. Four years hence we have a renewed spring in our step, having beaten Switzerland in the cursed shootout during the quarter-finals.

Ollie Watkins’ last-minute screamer against The Netherlands in the semis on Wednesday, July 10, sent England through to tonight’s final. MyLondon will be covering London’s reactions, travel disruptions, and, hopefully, celebrations across the capital.
