He did not turn up to the hearing

A former Met Police officer threatened to rape a fellow officer’s partner. Ex-cop Oscar Yustos-Morales’ outburst happened during a flood of abuse towards the victim known only as Officer A.

The vulgarities include Yustos-Morales screaming: “I’m going to burgle your house. I’m going to f*** you up. I’m going to f*** your partner up you Italian c***.

“I’m going to fuck you up. I’m going to f** your partner up and come to your house.” He then went on to say: “You work for the police, yeah. I will f***ing burgle your house and rape your girl.”

The disgraced copper then reiterated his disdain towards Officer A’s Italian Heritage. “You work for the Met, you can’t understand English you Italian c***”.

A panel held on November 4 found the call was intended to “cause distress and/or anxiety to Officer A.”

Yasyos-Morales had already resigned ahead of his hearing. He did not bother to show his face.

Commander Jacob Pins said: “Having considered the matter fully and having regard to the nature and severity of the breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, my decision is that the gravity of FPC Yustos-Morales’ behaviour means that I do not consider that had he remained a serving officer, that any sanction less than dismissal without notice would have been justified.

“Therefore, the sanction would have been dismissed if still serving and placed on the College of Policing’s public barred list.“
