A TikTok fat loss coach has said this one thing will help you to lose weight

A fat loss coach has said there is one thing people should try doing in order to lose weight – and you need to do it in the morning. He notes that many individuals aiming to lose weight find themselves ravenous by afternoon on the first day because they are starving themselves. And there’s a good reason for this.

Shayne Rowland, known as @proflex.health on TikTok, says: “By the end of that night, you end up eating everything in sight. The next morning, you think I’ m doomed, guess I’m just going to stay fat forever .'” Yet, he assures that there are strategies to circumvent this, aiding in weight loss.

He demonstrates how you can lose weight “without the urge to devour everything in sight,” emphasising that the most crucial tip relates to your morning dietary choices.

He explains: “One of the most effective and important tips when it comes to not starving when you are trying to lose weight is getting a s*** load of protein in earlier in the day.”

He clarifies: “Now I’m not talking about getting a little protein bar and with 15g of protein – or even a protein shake with 30g of protein. I’m talking about getting at least 50g to 70g of protein plus in your breakfast.

“I guarantee if you do this you are going to be much less hungry, your cravings are pretty much gone and your energy is going to be great throughout the whole day.”

NHS issue breakfast warning for people looking to lose weight

The NHS have issued a warning, urging people not to skip the first meal of the day. Many think skipping it will help them lose weight – however, the experts advise against this.

They say: “But a healthy breakfast high in fibre and low in fat, sugar and salt can form part of a balanced diet, and can help you get the nutrients you need for good health. A wholegrain lower sugar cereal with semi-skimmed milk and fruit sliced over the top is a tasty and healthier breakfast.”
