TV presenter Frankie Bridge has shared her latest must-have fashion buys on her Instagram Stories, and fans are loving her pick of a £45 River Island dress
Fashion fans have been rushing to snap up a celeb-approved holiday dress that ‘looks amazing with a tan’. Loose Women ’s Frankie Bridge praised the high street pick for being light and cool, making it a great choice for upcoming summer breaks.
The former The Saturdays singer shared a photo last weekend wearing the Brown Linen Blend Ruched Bodycon Midi Dress, from River Island. It comes as the 35-year-old regularly shares her fashion ‘faves’ on her Instagram Stories.
Priced at £45, the linen blend dress features an off-shoulder design, ruched detailing that flatters the tummy area and a chic asymmetric neckline. As reported by Wales Online , it boasts a short-sleeved design with a split hem and midi length.

Frankie told her followers: ” Holiday evening dress …TICK. This is such a great dress style for both small and big busts as it drapes really nicely. You could also wear a strapless bra with this one. The chocolate brown colour will look amazing with a tan.
“It’s also a really nice light material so will be cool in the evenings if you’re going somewhere that’s hot and humid at night. That’s an essential for me… can’t handle being in hot, uncomfortable fabrics when it’s humid!”
The dress is perfect for petite shoppers, with Frankie coming in at 5’3”, however, taller shoppers may find that the dress comes up a little short. And if you’d prefer to avoid darker colours this summer, the dress is also available in cream.
Frankie styled the dress with a pair of £65 brown beaded heeled sandals and a beaded bag for £30, completing the look with gold cuffs and tortoise shell sunglasses. But if you wanted more of a daytime look, you could certainly style it with flat sandals or trainers for a more relaxed finish.
Alternatively, Marks and Spencer is selling the Linen Rich Round Neck Midi Slip Dress for £39.50, while ASOS DESIGN’s square neck tie back linen midi sundress in oatmeal comes in at £30.
