Her figure hugging-dress has a waist-cinching bodice that is studded with diamanté buttons and a split in the midi skirt that perfectly lengthens her legs.

‘Call the Midwife return’
Helen recently sparked a frenzy among Call the Midwife fans after hinting her character Trixie is returning to the show for the Christmas special after creator, Heidi Thomas, confirmed the annual episode is in production.
The adored actress took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, May 8 to share a selfie dressed as Trixie and tagged in the official Call the Midwife profile. In the stunning snap Helen dons her trademark blonde bobbed hair style teamed with a glam make-up look consisting of bold lipstick.
She also wore a patterned turtle neck and bright red nail vanish. On one finger she also wears a huge diamond ring which could be a telling sign that her on-screen husband Matthew is also returning.
The dramatic 13th season of Call the Midwife saw Trixie finally agree to meet her husband stateside following his bankruptcy in Poplar. Matthew had hit financial difficulty after running his late father’s business into the ground and was consequently struck off.
But Trixie appears to be returning to the East End for the annual Christmas special. Last week, Call the Midwife confirmed they had started filming the festive instalment which will be set in 1969. They also shared with fans that a funfair will be coming to Poplar for the joyous season before the show moves into the 1970s.
“Series 14 is set in 1970, launching us into an exciting new decade,” show creator Heidi Thomas confirmed. “We can’t wait to bring you another season full of touching, exciting, emotional stories from Nonnatus House.”
