If your job keeps you on your feet, these must-have ‘supportive, comfortable and breathable’ FitFlop trainers have been slashed from £130 down to £65 – and one hospital worker swears by them
If you’re on the hunt for a new pair of trainers, hospital worker Chloe believes she’s found the perfect pair in FitFlop’s Vitamin FFX Knit Sports Trainers, now £65 here but usually £130 full price.
These comfy kicks are crafted with a stretch knit design that’s super breathable and gives extra support right where you need it—at the sides and arch. Plus, they’ve added more padding on the collar and tongue, so it’s like your feet are getting a cosy hug. And let’s talk about the new easy-entry topline; slipping these on and off is a breeze – perfect for anyone who struggles with flexibility.
Chloe, 29, who racks up about 15k steps every day walking up and down hospital stairs and corridors, says she was on the lookout for a comfy pair of trainers but never quite found her match before discovering these.
“Their fit is true to size and the shoe is nice and supportive around the body of the foot and the arch,” she says. “The material is quite breathable so your feet don’t get hot. The soles are quite sturdy and supportive but, at the same time, also nicely cushioned. They are comfortable to wear all day even if on your feet all day for work – like me!”

Chloe isn’t the only one who has discovered these trainers. Plenty of other reviewers have taken to the FitFlop product page to rave about the knit trainers, which look similar in design to Adidas’ sought-after Ultra Boost shoes, £160 here.
One five-star reviewer pens: “These are my 5th pair of FitFlops and undoubtedly the best yet. I wear sneakers in my house because I do childcare and I’m on my feet all day. My feet need the support! I purchased the Vitamin FFX Knit Sports Sneakers, for the extra features plus they were on sale. They are great!”
I was advised to try these as I have foot and back problems. I was very surprised – they fit well and are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend,” says a second, with a third adding: “The only issue I have is there is no opening in front of the trainer. It’s all one piece which has to be stretched.”
For a limited time, these shoes are half price – so make the most of the big savings if you’re keen to invest in your feet. If black isn’t your colour, you can also pick up a pair in navy, white or grey – and if you shop the light grey here, the price has been reduced all the way down to £58.50.
If you’re shopping around for other trainer options, you can snap up a pair of trending New Balance 2002r trainers – loved by Margot Robbie – for £74.99 instead of £130 today on Schuh’s website.
