Images have been released of three men police would like to speak to
Police are hunting for three men after a robbery in North London. The alleged incident took place at around 8pm on Saturday, August 30 at Manor Park railway station.
The victim reported that he was approached by three men who demanded he hand over money. One of them men lifted his top to show that he had the handle of a knife tucked into his waistband.
The man tried to flee but he was kicked and punched to the floor. The perpetrators then allegedly robbed his possessions, including money and a designer jacket.
Police have now released three images in connection with the incident. Anyone who recognises the men pictured, or has information, is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 121 of 31 August. Special Police Constable Chris Morrissey said: “We believe that the men in the CCTV images may have information that could help our investigation. “While the images don’t show the clearest view of the men, someone may recognise their clothing or know of someone who was at the station at that time.”
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Do you recognise these men? Officers investigating a robbery at Manor Park railway station in August have released these images in connection.
“At around 8pm on Saturday 30 August, a man was at the station when he was approached by three men who demanded he hand over money. One of the men lifted his top to show the handle of a knife tucked into his waistband. “The man attempted to flee, but was kicked and punched to the floor and robbed of his possessions – including money and a designer jacket.”
