High-street favourite M&S is selling a ‘gorgeous’ pair of printed wide-leg trousers for the summer season – and they’re available in three different lengths
Marks & Spencer has dropped its new summer clothing range, and we raced to our nearest store to check it out. From floaty midi dresses to straw tote bags, there are plenty of stylish pieces on offer, but it was the Printed Wide Leg Cropped Trousers that our Fashion Content Editor, Melisha Kaur, spotted as soon as she walked through the door.
Available in sizes from six to 24, and petite to long, the M&S trousers will set you back £22.50. It’s no surprise that they are already flying off the virtual shelves online. The bottoms come in an all-over abstract print that’s bound to liven up your wardrobe – and it’s so striking. As well as being great for festivals, it would look great on holidays.
The high-waisted trousers are ankle length in a wide-leg fit. They have a drawstring fastening at the elasticated waist, allowing you to adjust the fit easily. If you’re looking to make a statement yet stay comfortable all day, this fabulous piece would be ideal, plus it won’t break the bank.

Several shoppers seem to agree, with some leaving glowing five-star reviews on the M&S website. One said: “These are amazing. Excellent quality. super flattering. I have bought the other colours too. I can not wait to wear them in 2 weeks on my holiday. A must have. You can dress up or dress down. Great price too.”
A second wrote: “Lovely material, great fit. Looks great with trainers or sandals. Would definitely buy again in different colours.”
A third added: “Lovely soft textured material. Perfect holiday trousers.”
But some customers weren’t completely happy with the design, as one added: “Not the right shape for me, the centre seam hung down too low.”
