All couples handle their money differently, but this method takes the biscuit. A woman admitted she steals money from her wife’s account every time she does something wrong
When you’re in a relationship, it’s normal for people to mess up.
We all make mistakes, say things we don’t mean and do things wrong from time-to-time. But do you think such behaviour means your other half should be punished?
One woman made a big confession about her marriage, and it all centres around money. Every time her signifcant other wrongs her, she’s takes cash from her account.
Taking to Reddit, the anonymous woman says her wife works in the Navy – and whenever she does anything “weird” she transfers herself around £80 from her partner’s account. “Today, I found her ex in her search history and sent myself £80*,” the post reads.
“Other times it would have been smaller things but this time the £80 isn’t making me feel better, I don’t know.” The user provided no further clarifications on why they engage in the bizarre behaviour, or if her wife has confronted her about it.
One thing is for sure though – the confession got a lot of people talking. The behaviour has been dubbed “insane”, as people just can’t understand why anyone would want to steal from their spouse.
It looks as though most people think this is taking matters too far when it comes to punishing someone. In fact, most social media users seemed to think it was totally odd.

Confused users rushed to the comments section with pretty loaded opinions that they weren’t afraid to share. “So you’re a thieving sociopath. Nice,” one person fumed.
Another commented: “This is a wild confession so congrats and I hope you figure this out.” While a third added: “That’s insane. Werk, I guess.” One particular user even urged the couple to “grow up” and separate.
Meanwhile, another quipped: “Lmao you must have an amazing sex life.”
It’s not the only relationship dilemma to have shocked people lately, as one bloke recently upset his wife after planning a surprise getaway to try and “save his marriage”. The angry wife, 28, explained she and her spouse, 27, had “been in a rut” for the past month and the trip came as an attempt to smooth things over.
However, the kind gesture was soured by the man’s poor planning. It didn’t end well for them at all.
