Want the Dyson Airwrap effect but for less? This new hair styling tool from Bellissima comes with six attachments and has shoppers praising how easy it is to use
Hair tools are super-smart nowadays, with popular models such as the Dyson Airwrap and Shark FlexStyle making styling your strands as quick and easy as possible. And if you want the Airwrap effect but for less money, there’s a new device on the market that looks remarkably similar – but costs a fraction of the price.
Bellissima has just launched its Prodigy Air Styler Tool, which features six different styling attachments and uses coanda technology (first made famous by Dyson) to create curls, waves and sleek styles using air instead of extreme heat. It costs £249 from the Bellissima website (and is soon to be available from John Lewis and Amazon), which savvy beauty shoppers will know is over £200 less than the Airwrap, which retails for £479.99.
The attachments include wands, round brushes and smoothing brushes for creating a range of styles, plus a chic black storage bag to keep them in. Other features include ionic technology, three heat and three speed settings, and a cool shot, which is a top tip for setting your curls.
The Prodigy may have only just launched but it has already been a hit with shoppers, who have taken to the Bellissima website to praise how easy it is to use and how it doesn’t feel like it’s damaging your hair:
“I love this product…It is so easy to use, you just need to change the head depending on what style you’re going for,” one person wrote. “It is not too heavy so your arms do not ache…it is not too noisy, and I can style my hair in minutes. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if you’re not the best in styling.”
