A 19-year-old has been rushed to hospital in a life-threatening condition after being stabbed in North West London this afternoon (Wednesday, July 31). No arrests have yet been made in connection with the incident.
He was treated for stab wounds at the scene on Kilburn High Road by emergency services who were called there at around 3.09pm, before being taken to a major trauma centre.
A crime scene is still in place on Kilburn High Road while police carry out their investigations. London’s Air Ambulance also attended the scene this afternoon.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Service said: “Police were called at 15.09hrs on Thursday, 31 July to reports of a stabbing on Kilburn High Road, NW6.
“Met officers attended the scene alongside London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance, where they found a 19-year-old man, suffering from stab injuries. He was taken to hospital where his condition has been assessed as life-threatening.
“A scene is in place while police investigate the circumstances. No arrests have been made at this time.”
