Live: Busy road outside London Underground station closed for ‘police incident’

A busy road outside a Tube station in North London has been blocked due to a ‘police incident’ this morning (Thursday, April 18). Kentish Town Road has been closed from Camden Town Underground station to Hawley Crescent, just by the Devonshire Arms pub.

According to online traffic monitoring system Inrix, the road has been closed since 3am. The nature of the incident is not yet known.

Three London bus routes are on diversion as a result of the road closure this morning – the 88, 134, and the 214.
